Delivery method

The products are delivered via the postal service or a freight company. Postal parcels will need to be collected from your local Post Office service centre during normal opening hours. Deliveries via freight companies are sent to the stipulated delivery address where staff will need to be available to accept delivery of the goods. Please note that payment will need to be made at the point of collection or delivery if your payment terms are Cash on Delivery.

Delivery time

Orders are despatched from MIWEX on Monday and Thursday each week. The normal delivery time for items that are not in stock at time of order is 7 to 14 days.

Customer complaints and damaged goods

Any transport damage should be immediately reported to the appropriate transport company. Customer complaints should be reported to MIWEX within 8 days of receipt of the goods. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your delivery, you have the right to return the goods within 8 days of receipt. We will gladly send you a replacement, exchange the product for something else or issue you with a credit note, whichever you prefer. For us, a business transaction is not complete until you, our customer, are fully satisfied. All goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

Sold out products

MIWEX AB can in no way be held responsible for its inability to deliver a product that has sold out of stock or that has been removed from the product range. If a product you have ordered cannot be delivered we will inform you of that fact via telephone or e-mail.
